Anyone can sell local-bucks. Go to eBay and search for "local-bucks" or "localbucks".

3. Get and Spend
The person selling local-bucks can transfer them directly to your account using the LocalBucks web site. Once you have local-bucks in your account, you can transfer local-bucks to people by entering their email in the Balance / Transfer option of the web site. Businesses can be paid directly under the Business tab by pressing the pay button.
