I understand that the LocalBucks social network is a service of Timebucks, Inc., and is a coordinating program only. Timebucks, Inc. (from hereon referred to as The Community Skills Exchange), cannot guarantee the performance of anyone who is referred. Timebucks Inc., cannot represent, guarantee, or undertake to investigate the performance of anyone who is referred by Timebucks, Inc.

In consideration of the use of the coordinating services of Timebucks, Inc, I do hereby release and discharge on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns, The Community Skills Exchange, its members, as well as the organization or its elected officials, employees, agents, or representatives from any cause of action, claim or demand of any nature whatsover, which I, my heirs, have or have in the future against The Community Skills Exchange or the Organization on account of personal injury, property damage, or accident of any kind arising out of or in any way related to my use of the services of The Community Skills Exchange.

In consideration of my use of the coordinating services of The Community Skills Exchange, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Community Skills Exchange, its members, its Organizing Committee and The Organization, its elected officials, employees, agents or representatives from any and all liability, damage, loss,costs, or expense, including but not limited to attorney's fees, as a result of any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, or judgements made or brought against The Service Exchange, its members, its Organizing Committee, The Organization, its elected officials, em-ployees, agents or representatives by any person or entity arising out of or in any way relating to by use of the coordinating services of The Community Skills Exchange, Timebucks, Inc.

I also agree to have at least the minimum public Liability Insurance in effect if I use my automobile in the course of Volunteer Services for Timebucks, Inc.

I certify that I am acting voluntarily and am of lawful age (18 years or older) and otherwise legally competent.
